The Verification of Competency (VOC) is an assessment tool that ensures staff are adequately skilled to operate equipment and perform specific industry-related tasks. It's a method of assessment to assist employers meet their OHS responsibilities and requirements.
Pre-employment assessment of drivers
As a qualified assessor, we offer a number of services including pre-employment assessments of drivers and a review of staff driving abilities and road rules.
Prior to a VOC assessment, participants must provide their relevant licence or Statement of Attainment.
